what is health coaching?
Do you struggle with having enough energy? Are you at a weight that is healthy and feels comfortable or are you in a constant battle to lose weight? Do you feel like you don't sleep enough? Are you depressed or have mood swings? Want to feel more vibrant, energized, rested and happy?

We all know that diets don't work. If they did, everyone would be healthy and illness free and nobody would be overweight. Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins.

Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.

No one diet works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals by helping you to create more helpful patterns and behaviors than the ones you have relied on the the past to help you get unstuck and balanced so that you can live your best life.
